Short version: we collect almost nothing, and what we do collect, you gave us on purpose.
If you leave your email to get access when we launch, or to receive a sample packet, we store the address you entered, together with the page you were on, the date, and your country (derived from your request at a country level only — we do not store your IP address). We use it for exactly one purpose: contacting you about PackMyDocs. We don't sell it, share it, or add it to any other list.
We count page views and interactions (for example, "someone clicked the sample on the chargeback page"). These events are anonymous: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking. We cannot connect them to you, and neither can anyone else.
Emails and anonymous events are stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure operated by us.
Want your email removed? Write to privacy@packmydocs.com from the address in question and we'll delete it — no questions, typically within a few days. The same address works for any privacy question.
